Thank you for using TicketMee, an event ticketing platform operated by WebMee Tech. We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of event ticketing, all ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is completed. This applies to all ticket types across all events hosted on the TicketMee platform.

Event tickets are time-sensitive digital goods. Once issued, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly encourage you to review all event details - including date, time, venue, and ticket type - carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancelled or Postponed Events

In the event that an event is cancelled or significantly postponedby the event organiser, refunds or credits may be offered at the organiser's discretion. TicketMee will facilitate the refund process where applicable, but the decision and responsibility for refunds in such circumstances rests solely with the event organiser.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a cancellation or postponement, please contact the event organiser directly through the event page on TicketMee.

Duplicate or Erroneous Purchases

If you have accidentally made a duplicate purchase or believe there has been an error in processing your order, please contact us at hello@webmee.tech within 24 hours of the transaction. We will review your case and respond as soon as possible. We do not guarantee refunds for such cases but will do our best to assist.

Payment Processing

All payments on the TicketMee platform are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways including PayHere. Any approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
