Welcome to TicketMee, an event ticketing platform operated by WebMee Tech. By accessing or using the TicketMee platform - whether as an event organiser or a ticket buyer - you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Use of the Platform

a. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, create events, or purchase tickets on TicketMee. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.

c. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.

d. You may not use TicketMee for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes.

2. For Event Organisers

a. As an organiser, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the event information you publish, including title, description, date, time, venue, and ticket pricing.

b. You are responsible for ensuring your event complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue requirements.

c. WebMee Tech reserves the right to remove or suspend any event listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

d. Platform and payment gateway fees apply to ticket sales as described in the TicketMee fee schedule. These fees are deducted from your payouts.

e. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, you are responsible for communicating with your attendees and managing any refunds or credits at your discretion.

3. For Ticket Buyers

a. By purchasing a ticket on TicketMee, you are entering into a transaction with the event organiser. WebMee Tech acts as the platform facilitating that transaction.

b. Tickets are issued as QR codes delivered to your registered email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket and presenting it at the event.

c. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organiser. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

d. We are not responsible for your inability to attend an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or personal scheduling conflicts.

4. Payments

a. All payments on the TicketMee platform are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways including PayHere. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method.

b. Prices displayed on event pages are inclusive of the platform fee unless otherwise stated. Payment gateway charges may apply separately.

c. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

a. All content, branding, and materials on the TicketMee platform — including the TicketMee name, logo, and interface design — are the intellectual property of WebMee Tech or its licensors.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from WebMee Tech.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. WebMee Tech acts as a technology platform facilitating event ticketing. We are not the organiser of any event listed on TicketMee and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of those events.

b. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebMee Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the TicketMee platform or attendance at any event.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
